Why am I so cold all the time?

I am13 years old and I have a temperature problem....=[

When it is warm out I am the one freezing. Now it is 89 degrees and Im so coldd I am wearing a sweashirt and fleece pijama pants. people think im crazy for puting on winter clothes in the summer. When I touch my nose it is freezing and my hands feel like it is ice. I shake and shiver all the time. I get cold by the eaisest things.

ANY HELPP???

is it just me?

does anyone have this problem

is this a medical condtion?

  1. It could be your weight.  I lost a LOT of weight during a stressful time in my life - a divorce. I was shivering all of the time because I had NO body fat.  I have also heard that hypoglycemia ( low thyroid production) can cause you to be cold all of the time.  Have your thyroid checked


  2. You may just be made that way.  There is a chance that you are hypothyroid.  It can make you feel cold.  You are young for the condition but it is possible.  A simple blood test could give you the answer.
