Why am I so shy with girls? Why? ?

I just become shy when it comes to talking with girls? I don't know what to say to them? They must think I'm pretty boring since I only care about karate training and fixing up cars.

Just find a bubbly girl that likes to talk. Some will like it that you are into karate and cars, this is cool in its own way and even some girls like this stuff too. Ask them a couple of easy questions about themselves, what they are into... most girls like talking about their lives, feelings, and ideas, family and friends. You dont have to be smart and amazing, just interested in them, and that should be alright. Give them some compliments too. If you say something dumb just apologize and make it into a joke, it will be fine and can be a good thing.

I think it's so cute when a guy is shy to talk to girls, especially if he's good looking =] (but looks aren't everything, don't worry)

Just gain your confidence and practice talking to some of your gal friends as if you were meeting a new girl. I think fixing up cars is a hot hobby too...Just be yourself and don't try to be like every other guy. Girls like unique guys who are confident but humble. Good luck

a girl is interested in what a girl hears from a boy. you didnt include your age but its natural to be shy. just toughen it up and try to break the ice somehow by asking simple questions like, "what are you taking in school ?" or if your older.. "are you training in anything for a career?" just something simple. NOT something like, "whats your favorie color." "how old are you." "what school do you go to." etc. dont sound like a creeper but just make it sound like your interested. youll start a good conversation and a good friendship. a good way to getting a phone number!
