  1. Get your Blood pressure checked.

  2. you might be sick, check your temperture.

  3. oh wow! thats funny because i was just gettting really dizzy today! first of all, try to think about what time it is when you're getting dizzy & feeling tired. usually, its because you didnt eat or drink anything. thats happened to me 3 or 4 times, when i didnt eat breakfast. make sure that you lay down when you're feeling dizzy and eat something right away.

    i hope this helps! :)

  4. I used to have that problem too & I always felt better after I ate something & drank water. Hope you feel better!! : )

  5. im 13 also and i used to be like this and i found out i was animic this is where you do not have enough iron in you body. i would suggest going to your doctor and he/she will probably take some blood samples ( oh no lol ) if u r animic you will probably be put on iron tablets

  6. I had that problem as well when i was your age. The answer to my problem was low blood pressure.

Have yor BP checked by your Physician, you may need to take blood pressure medication until you are out of puberty.

Another reason could be anemia. Does anybody in your family have an anemia of any kind? That could be another answer to your fatigue. Having a simple blood test done will give you the answer to that question. I hope the answer to your dizziness is as simple as the low BP.

  7. lay down when you feel like this.  eat little and often. drink more water than usual.  try to get at least 8 hours of sleep - you may just be exhausted.

    good luck!
