  1. I don't know, but I do that too!


  2. cause you're lazy?  i dont know.

  3. when i do that, it means that i have some unresolved major issues with some part of it, or the boss who told me to do it.

    or occasionally, that i think it has to be PERFECT, and since i know i can't achieve that, i wait till the very last minute.
