  1. You normally get discharge every day between your periods. Some part of the month you will get more discharge then other parts. Like 1/2 way between cycles you will notice an increase in discharge and it will be a little different consistency than the rest of the month. Some women get more than others, every body is different. My friend had TONS of discharge daily, and I had it daily but not as much as she did. We are all different.

  2. vaginal discharge is normal on a daily basis. It is the way the v****a cleans and moisturizes itself. If you have very heavy discharge you may want to consider wearing pantyliners.

  3. If the discharge is smelly it could be an infection.  Do you have any itching at all?  If you do then it is definitely an infection and you need to be checked out by your doctor.  A culture will be taken of the discharge and they will tell you what kind of infection that you have and give you medication for it.  It is always best to be safe than sorry.  A discharge that heavy and enough to stain your panties is to much.  Having some discharge is normal but from what you say it doesn't seem to be.  So check with your doctor that way you can be sure and you won't have to worry about it anymore.

  4. discharge is normal, even if its not right before or after your period. you can get it all the time.. its normal. pantiliners are helpful for heavy discharge. good luck! :)

  5. Vaginal discharge IS normal.  Your v****a is kind of like a self-cleaning oven.  The discharge is used to flush out any unwanted substances and to keep things moist in there.  As far as smell:  if it is EXTREMELY foul, then I would ask your doctor about it.  Otherwise, it is normal for there to be some sort of odor.  This occurs after the fluid has hit oxygen and sets in.  I recommend wearing a panty-liner everyday to save your undies.  Don't be worried!

  6. i agree with helca1

  7. I am a CMA

While some discharge is normal if it is yellow, thick and white, brown, black or greenish..and if it itches, burns or has a foul odor it is NOT normal. These are all signs of an infection which is NOT normal and you should be checked out by a Gynecologist
