Why am I still getting pop-ups even after I downloaded the google toolbar pop-up blocker AND I also set my regular internet pop-up blocker (under the 'tools' tab) to the block level of strict!!! Also, it seems whenever I do want something to pop-up, it doesn't!!! Like if I search something on google and I click on the link, the system says, "pop-up blocked by google toolbar!" What do I do to stop these INCREDIBLY annoying pop-ups!?!?!?!?!

did you recently download some software some software come with popup ads especially if its free the only way you can get rid of them is to delete the program

I use that program.It works very well.

Block pop-up ads and remove spyware .

You need to clean your system out with an adware.

If you use internet explorer  switch to firefox.

it will reset everything.     www.firefox.com
