Why am I still logged in to Yahoo after I "sign out"?

Question

I sign in, I do not check the box that says 'remain logged in to this computer' or some such thing. I sign out, and close the browser. Reboot. Come in the next day, go to Yahoo.com, and am logged in.

How do I stay 'signed out'?!?!?!

after u log out... go to yahoo page and make sure u r sighned out... then if ur not sighned out...do it  again

I believe that any chat client would maintain the yahoo cookie that is set on your system.  Log out of yahoo and trillian, then go back into yahoo and see if you automatically log in.

some versions of yahoo messenger are like this

the latest versions do this

if u download the new version, it will fix

or some body found ur password and enter ur ID unfortunately!!
