Recently I've been waking up much more tyred than i was during the day I don't know why! I work out a lot and even than I don't feel as tyred as I am when i wake up. My everyday schedule is wake up at 11:00am....yeah i know its late, but than I just hang out around my house or do whatever comes upuntill 5:30 in the afternoon which is when i leave to the gym to work out. I get home around 9:30, i get some rest eat a little and than go to sleep around 12:30 and wake up at the same time the next day which is 11:00am. And i also have trouble falling asleep too! I'm 17 years of age so i don't know if that really matters. Thanks alot!!

  1. sometimes if you sleep for too long that can give you headaches and make you achy, and it also makes you feel tired although you're not. and if you're not sleeping right, maybe you should try maybe relaxing more before you go to sleep. make yourself more comfortable as well. and maybe if you're not doing very much in the day then you might feel more tired if you sleep more than your body needs to. never really dealt with it so i'm just trying to suggest some things. hope it helps, i hate being tired.

  2. Its good that you go to the gym. May I suggest eating healthy diet too, like adding more fruits and veggies in your meals and less caffeinic drinks like chocolate drinks, colas or coffee. Try Yoga to see if it works for you.
