Why would u knock yourself like that? I do not believe anyone is a loser, unless they inflict pain on others. Now saying that, I would say you have some self confidence issues. Have you tried counseling or antidepresents? Alot of the time depression will make u feel down on yourself. \Believe me I know, I was there at one time.    Good luck!
