I am so tired, all the time. I could get a perfectly good nights sleep, but then if I let myself I could take a long nap in the middle of the day. Even in I go to bed at 10 at night, I will sleep until about noon. And that is only because I force myself to get up, I could sleep all day if I would let myself! And then as soon as I get up I feel like going back to sleep again. What is going on? I am sick of being so tired!!

  2. There are a variet of things that could be going on. What comes to mind from what you are describing id Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). I would recommend a complete physical by your family doctor. In the meantime here is some information on CFS that might be helpful when you speak to your doctor:

As the name chronic fatigue syndrome suggests, this illness is accompanied by fatigue. However, it's not the kind of fatigue patients experience after a particularly busy day or week, after a sleepless night or after a stressful event. It's a severe, incapacitating fatigue that isn't improved by bed rest and that may be exacerbated by physical or mental activity. It's an all-encompassing fatigue that results in a dramatic decline in both activity level and stamina.

A CFS diagnosis should be considered in patients who present with six months or more of unexplained fatigue accompanied by other characteristic symptoms. These symptoms include:

cognitive dysfunction, including impaired memory or concentration

postexertional malaise lasting more than 24 hours (exhaustion and increased symptoms) following physical or mental exercise

    unrefreshing sleep

joint pain (without redness or swelling)

    persistent muscle pain

headaches of a new type or severity

tender cervical or axillary lymph nodes

    sore throat

addition to the eight primary defining symptoms of CFS, a number of other symptoms have been reported by some CFS patients. The frequency of occurrence of these symptoms varies among patients.

    These symptoms include:

irritable bowel, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea or bloating

    chills and night sweats

    brain fog

    chest pain

    shortness of breath

    chronic cough

visual disturbances (blurring, sensitivity to light, eye pain or dry eyes)

allergies or sensitivities to foods, alcohol, odors, chemicals, medications or noise

difficulty maintaining upright position (orthostatic instability, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, balance problems or fainting)

psychological problems (depression, irritability, mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks)

    jaw pain

    weight loss or gain

  3. Could you be pregnant?

  4. it could be that your not getting the correct type of sleep, like deep sleep, it really depends i mean do u feel like u toss and turn throughout the night, also if this is not the case maybe you just need to go exercise or something, whenever my dad feels tired he and exercises and he says that this really helps him wake up.....good luck!

  5. tell me more about urself  i mean hw old are u??married??

  6. sleeping to much can be a problem, drink caffine do jumping jacks listen to some upbeat music and get manic If this doesn't work give me a call lol!! good luck

  7. Could be a few things.  have you had your thyroid levels checked?  Low thyroid causes sleepiness.  do you snore?  you could have sleep apnea.  thats the condition where you stop breathing in your sleep.  you constantly wake up, without realizing it, and never reach deep sleep.  If it has been going on for awhile, it's probably time to go see your doctor.

  8. Well have you missed a period? Is there any chance you could be pregnant? If not, perhaps you are having a thyroid issue...go see you MD.
