Why am I unable to find the group I started yesterday?

I started a Friends of Clam Bay group yesterday, but have not been able to find it either under Search or "My Groups". I do not know if I had checked it to be available in the Directory, if I missed checking that box, am I able to add it later?

regardless, it should be listed right away within My Groups. if it's not, maybe you didn't complete the creating or there's some glitch
