Why am I unable to pick up album art?

When I was using Musicmatch Jukebox, I had no problem picking up album art. Now that I have switched over to Yahoo Music Jukebox all I can get is the logo for yahoo music jukebox. What am I doing wrong? Is there any way to get the album art?

I've noticed the only time I get the album art is if Yahoo Jukebox finds it on the internet (they use gracenote service to get track information).  If it can't find a match there that has the album art it leave it off.  It's annoying because you can import with other software and it finds it without a problem.  Even more annoying, there is no option to add the artwork after it's imported.  In Windows Media Player 11 you can paste the album art that you find on the internet while in the album view.  This is the only option I've found to get the album art into Yahoo Jukebox.  Once WMP11 adds the album art Yahoo Jukebox will find it the next time it starts or searches for updated tracks.  I hope that's helpful.
