Why am I unable to reach the password change page?

I have been unable to change passwords on btyahoo for several days the page simply does not load not sure what to do or who to ask for help thanks

try copying the shortcut and pasting it into the address bar rather than just clicking th elink....it may be misdirecting or a broken link.....the other way is to use a different browser and see if the page loads, could be some security setting.
