Why am I unable to view the videos that I upload from my digital camera?

I have Windows Vista 32 on my computer. I have a HP425 digital camera that has the capability of doing short video clips as well as photos. My photos upload to my computer with no problem. But when I upload a video clip, it will not playback properly. I can hear the audio but the picture is just a black screen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's not a big deal but I would kind of like to be able to enjoy all the features of my camera.

Find out what video type do you have like .mov or .mpg or so. Maybe the problem is they tupe of media player is trying to play the video you recorded. the VLC media player will play your video with no problem. It playes all popular video formats.
