  1. Diet resources & information...

  2. maybe you need to eat healthier foods.

hamburgers and soda do not exactly satisfy your body's need for vitamins/nutrients, and chinese food (chock full of sodium) dehydrates you.

eat more fruits/veggies, drink more water.

  3. It's due to consuming unhealthy foods and drinks like burgers, pizza, and soda.

  4. me too!!!!

  5. I think u have no tension at home neither in the office ,if ur are working someware.

Try to control ur diet.Do the YOGASANA.

This is definietly help u.Atlast sleep atleat for 8hrs

If u fat avoid oily foods.

  6. eat healthier like salads or something like that,

    dont try greasy foods,

or drink plenty of water and healthier stuff,

if not you could have a worm

    or go with your doctorr

  7. Binge eating or compulsive disorder maybe? Ask your doctor or dietician.

  8. You are a growing boy! You need food! All boys eat a ton. I remember when my brother was 13-17 and all he'd do was eat and play tennis. He was skinny. He's 21 now and really doesn't eat as much as he used to. And he's still thin.

  9. Your fast metabolism causes you both to stay skinny and to want to eat more than normal. Also if you're active that'll increase the effect. I wouldn't worry too much (unless you can't afford to feed yourself enough). Another factor could be boredom. People tend to eat when they're bored.

  10. worms?!

    lol

  11. You could have intestinal worms - quiet common and very easy to treat. Heres some information http://www.appliedozone.com/parasites.ht...

most common symptom - itchy bum

  12. B/c you did not eats on the right time, in morning Get meal as you can, than wait till for the lunch time, Take average meal on the kunch time, And at night in dinner take as so meal as you can, Its make your deit and fittness perfect

  13. Haha i would say high metabolism. Its same with me except i weigh 90-95 pounds (my weigh fluctuates) and I'm 17, my doctors think I'm anorexic and so does my aunt. Although if  you really are concerned that it is something else get checked out by your doctor maybe you have a tape worm but you usually lose your appetite with that. The tape worm supposedly absorbes all the nutrients in your food and can make you lose weight and be skinny. Plus there are alot of other noticeable side effects to that. I would just say that you are growing and you have a fast metabolism. Take advantage of that while you are young cause when you get older it all goes down hill from there. But if you really are worried about it the safest bet would be to talk to your doctor about it. Maybe your doctor can have tips on how to satisfy your hunger. Hope this helps!

  14. You are hungry because you are eating junk food. Burgers and soda will just make you more hungry whilst damaging your immune system and loading you up with cholesterol.  This kind of diet is a fast track to obesity and heart problems.

Eat fresh food. Avoid anything processed. If you want to snack eat fruit.

Eat 5 times a day, smaller portions and you wont feel hungry any more.

Also if you are eating healthy food, at age 15 you can eat as much as you like. Its only as you get older and your metabolism slows down that weight gain may be a problem.
