  1. I think you pretty much, summed it up yourself. To much sleep can often make you tired, lack of movement. And eating heavy foods or a lot of junk foods, can do it too. Do you take vitamins? How often do you eat fruit?

  2. Exercise is important in boosting your energy levels. Also take a B complex vitamin. CoQ10 is also a good vitamin for boosting energy levels. Those vitamins will give you lasting energy throughout the day. Also if you want to drink an energy drink every once in awhile for an added boost I recommend healthy energy drinks that are lower in caffeine in sugar. This will give you a sustained energy boost. I found a good one here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html and it comes with a free trial. Although I am pretty sure you can find it at stores too. Still free is free.

    Hope this Helps

  3. There are several factors. Getting too much sleep is just as bad as not getting enough. Most people need between 7-9 hours of sleep. Also, if all you do is sit around all day, then you're teaching your body to be tired all the time.

Get some exercise (it will wake your body up), eat 'good' carbs (the ones that aren't starchy. usually anything that isn't white, like bread and white rice), and get plenty of protein. Also, make sure you eat breakfast with a healthy serving of protein, because protein helps you to concentrate.

Finally, take a vitamin. B-12 helps you to stay awake without the damaging effects of caffeine. Use caffeine itself only for emergencies...if you rely on it too much, you'll hurt your heart and you'll always feel tired when the buzz goes away.

  4. You need more sleep and more exercise. Start getting back in routine, go to bed at sensible hours like..nine thirty to ten thirty

  5. you should get 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep everyday. try not to stay awake late.

are you drinking enough water? you should be having 8 to 10 glasses a day. dehydration or lack of proper sleep can make you feel tired , besides nutritional defeciencies.

if your problem persists, visit the doctor. it may be a symptom of a bigger problem.
