the last time me and my boyfriend had s*x i noticed that straight after there was a little pinky discharge, is this spotting? i have had spotting in between periods for the last few months as well: with or without having s*x. i have only slept with one person in the last 9months (steady boyfriend) and same for him. we have both had checks and all came back negative. also i get really bad pain, kind of like period pain, during and after s*x quite often. what could this be?? im worried these could all point towards endometriosis!! please help!! thanks for any answers x

  1. Bleeding during or after s*x is not considered normal and therefore should be evaluated at all times. The only time bleeding during or after s*x is considered normal in some cases is if you are having sexual intercourse for the first time.

    Some causes of vaginal bleeding after s*x, such as vaginal dryness after menopause or in some cases by the use of certain types of birth control pills are not serious and may be easily treated.

    However, in some cases, vaginal bleeding after s*x can be a sign of a serious underlying problem, including:

    * Inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis).

    * Sexually transmitted diseases, such as chlamydia or gonorrhea.

    * Cervical polyps.

    * Cervical ectropion, a condition in which the cervical tissue is more susceptible to abrasion.

    * Endometriosis or ovarian cysts.

    * Pelvic inflammatory disease.

    * Uterine fibroids.

    * Cancer of the cervix, uterus or v****a.

    If you’re experiencing pain during or after s*x there may be several factors that are contributing to the pain you feel. For women there are a number of physical conditions that may make s*x hurt, including:

    * Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

    * Endometriosis

    * Ovarian cysts

    * Interstitial cystitis

    * Vaginismus

    * Vulvodynia

    * Some sexually transmitted diseases

    * Urinary infections

    * Yeast infections

    * Vaginal dryness

    * Physical injury and chronic pain

    If you continue to experience pain and bleeding during or after s*x, I would recommend that you consult with your doctor/gynaecologist to see what they think could be causing this.

    Good luck :)

  2. you might want to ask your doctor for a smear test just in case

  3. Go and see your Dr, could be problem with your cervix ie erosion, could be pelvic inflammatory disease, could be retroverted uterus, could be a urinary tract infection...the list goes on. Seriously while your symptoms are quite common they can be a sign of something more serious so do go and get it checked out, at best your mind will be put at rest, at worst you can treatment. For endometriosis you usually get really severe period pains but that varies from woman to woman. Are you on the pill? Seriously go to see the doc and get a check-up and smear test, your health is too important to let people 'guess' the cause. Good luck X

  4. see your doctor

  5. sometimes it is very normal to have a little spotting, BUT, if you are having spotting here and there and you are experiencing some pain, you  need to go to a gynecologist and explain your symptoms to him/her.  Sometimes it has nothing to do with your sexual activities but more of an internal physical problem. Hope it is nothing serious.

  6. no it a sign you and your BF need to quit F!@#ing around! seriously girls are so stupid sometimes! be smart...dumbass see a doctor
