I can't understand something that's going on with me, maybe someone here can help :)...My little problem is that i cry ALL the time, at every little thing, no matter if it's sad or happy or angry whatever...the point is that before, about 2 years ago, i wouldn't shed a tear if i saw the saddest thing, i was like a rock, but now i cry at every "happy" scene on tv or some memories (mostly bad ones)...my mom used to cry at sad and happy things all the time but now i cry more than her...maybe it's some hormonal change or something but i don't know...anyone have ideas as to why this has happened? it's kind of annoying crying all the time...the part i don't get is why such a HUGE change from not crying at all to all of a sudden i'm the queen of tears all day every day?

  1. probobly hormones or you been hodling your emotions in too long.im going trhough both.i sued to feel insecure and sad and depressed for no reason.and i tried to figure out what it was but it was really NOTHING.then i learned about the effect of hormones and how it works with your body.its just your brain and body growing up and becoming more stable.if you need to cry just let it out! =)

  2. It might be hormonal. As long as it does not affect your schoolwork or your behavior at your place of employment, do not worry too much about this.

  3. something down in said  that you is deal with and you need to talk to someone about it sometime we don;t know and could be cover our feeling up and that why you could be cry like  that .

  4. stop being a cry baby gosh

  5. how old are? because you're probably right it is your hormones, or if you're older is there anything thats happened in your life that has affected your life and has made a big change? because this could be the reason why you're so emotional nowadays.

    hope i've helped :]

  6. I'm like that too, but I noticed that I'm worse around ' that time of the month' . Especially over that one commercial that shows all those abused animals and a lady sings ' In the Arms of the Angels'. Waterworks!I

  7. Hormones...hormones will tear you up and spit you out.  They rage during our teen years - cause us to get pimply, or fat, or mean, or sad or all of the above.  Try to understand this is a normal part of the process of growing up, we all go through it and you WILL grow out of it.

However, if you feel like you are having trouble coping with the crying, ask your parents if they can take you to your doctor and explain to him/her what you're going through.  They can check you to make sure nothing is wrong with you physically, and can recommend things to help deal with it.

  8. hormones darlin'.

you're just changing, nothing to be scared of.

  9. It's possible that this is just hormonal and will pass.

  10. You have a big HEART.

thats a good thing i'm like that to.

We need more people on earth like us.

    hOpE i HeLpEd !!!!!!!!!!

  11. Because you need to result the problem(s) that make (s) you cry. Maybe you are too sensitive yo do not know how to solve your problems. Talk to people. Have fun with life and stop crying.

  12. You don't say how old you are or if it get worse around the time of your period but I agree with the others that your symptoms are probably due to a hormonal imbalance. We all go through it around the time of puberty, menstruation and pregnancy and it makes us feel like cr@p.

I would also go to the doctors just to eliminate depression.
