Why am i experiencing a wacky vaginal health condition?

i finished my period a week ago, how come fo rteh first time when i got to the restroom lots of scum and gooey stuff very icky and wet comes out, its so digusting i feel like wearing diapers. it wets my pants, jeans, and underwears like river, no matter how much i clean it, it comes back, and i've also been experiencing soe spotting
