Why am i feeling so dizzy like my head is clouded

iono it could be that i smoke weed like 2 months ago but i don't think it can last that long, am pretty sure its not enough sleep y do i feel like this i wake up in the morning the same everyday and i can't concentrate am i going retarded???

It could be dehydration, be sure to drink plenty of water.  Also, I have experienced those symptoms at one point in time, where everyday it was at a consistent time.  I think it was due to stress at school.
