i mean, i eat, but personally i dont think i eat THAT muchthis is what i had today(and i usually have the same caloric intake everyday)im 16yrs old female 5'0 93 pounds and im a veganbreakfast:-2 whole grain toasts with natural cherry jam-1 organic orangelunch:-(measured uncooked) 2/3 cup of whole wheat macaroni with a cup of pure tomato juice AKA homemade macaroni soup-1 organic peachdinner:-2 whole grain toasts with natural peanutbutter-1cup pineapplei usually eat about the same amount of food like above everyday.oh and i have white tea almost everydayWHY AM I GAINGING WEIGHT its like a pound a week kind of.
