Why am i getting advertisements when i have launch cast plus? isn't it suppost to be advertisement free?

Maybe Yahoo! doesn't think you are a Launchcast plus person. Try this. Goto Launchcast radio under Internet Explorer. Look at the player and it should show Hi yourname. If you don't see yourname on the player it means you are not signed on to Yahoo! So Y! doesn't know you are a Launchcast plus person. If you see your yahoo id, then click the High quality setting. You can only use high quality if you are Launchcast plus on YMJ unlimited user. Also try playing a Plus station. If all that shows OK, then there is one last test. Are you getting commercials on your radio? You should not. It could be that you always get advertisements on the player no matter what!

The above site says 100% commercial free.  It doesn't say ad free.  I'm not a lawyer but you could try consulting one.

You'll notice that Yahoo! Mail Plus says no graphical ads.
