Question:

Why am i good at some subjects and not at other?

i'm good at languages and business subjects and geography and most subjects

but i'm really bad at maths and science,i cant grasp them

i have a real flare for language and i'm very creative

but why do mathematics and science confuse me

any explanation for this

  1. Most people are not good at everything. You just may have an affinity for things that are more liberal arts related and not so much for math and science. You tend to be more of one than the other, it's natural.


  2. It's the right brain vs left brain thing.  Some people are great at math/science and others are great on the creative side (like you).

  3. We do have natural aptitudes for certain things--if you look at your parents/grandparents, you may see that they don't all excel at mathematics, either.

    And you may have more of an interest in the things you excel at--so you think harder when you study them.
