I have been feeling horrible for 2 days now. I am very faint feeling and it seems to be worse if i stand up from a sitting position or lie down from a sitting position. I have a doctors appointment Thursday afternoon but was wondering if anyone has any clues as to what could be causing this. I suffer from high blood pressure and wonder if maybe the medication is now causing it to drop too low since i have recently started an exercise program. I am also experencing blurred vision, not too bad just enough to be noticeable. Thanks for any help!

  1. with this new exercise program, did you increase your intake of water?  If not, I'll bet you are dehydrated, big time, and that will drop anyone's blood pressure.

  2. I think the first answer was a good one. Are you drinking enough water, gatorade etc?  I suffered for most of my life with low blood pressure, but the symptoms seem similar. I get nose bleeds, dizziness and just feel worn out without doing anything. My potassium is also low. See a fitness Dr. and they will be able to steer you in the right direction. I wished I did this years ago.

  3. Ok..i suggest you first off, go to the Vitamin Store..such as GNC,or Walgreens. Talk to the person that works there and tell them whats happening to you..Im sure Vitamins could possibly help.."Naturemade" vitamins work very good if your light-headed or have headaches..Vitamin E helped me =] Anymore questions..feel free to email me =]

  4. My first guess would be blood pressure???  Then maybe blood sugar???  But I think your doctor would know much more than I do.  Plus,  He may have to run some test on you to find the cause.  Our answers are just a guessing game.  You need the doctor to tell you.  Good luck--and take it easy until you see him.
