okay i've always been smart. i do well in classes and everything. but lately i've noticed i'm terrible at paying attention. i don't and never have done any drugs nor drank alcohol. I hear questions but they just don't "click" in my head. apparently i answer them but i don't remember my answer half the time. i answer them correctly but i can't remember the question either. it used to just be once in a while but it's getting more and more frequent. my head is always in a fog. i get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. do i have ADD? how can i get tested? are there any option besides medicine

  1. You can go to a psychologist to get tested to see if you are ADD.

If you do not want to take the usual medications, you can try a natural product that is sold on the web, called 'Efalex' by Efamol company. I have my son on this and after a week of using this, he said that he noticed a difference and his grades started to come back up. (they were dropping after having straight A's for most of his school years.) He doesn't take it during the summer but starts taking it on his own once school starts because he truly believes in it. I heard about this from a friend and if you research it online, you will see alot about this. I have yet to see anything negative about this.

There are other products out there that claim to have the same ingredients, but I have not tried them nor has my son.

You might also want to go to the dr and get a bloodtest for other possibilites. I was always in a fog and my memory was HORRIBLE. Turned out it was my thyroid.

    Good luck
