Why am i like this? ?

Ok I'm 18 and from New Orleans..I constantly find myself Complaining about it..either the hurricanes or the extreme oven like heat the crime the traffic it goes on and on.But whenever i leave i feel extremely home sick.Like when Katrina hit all i kept saying is i want to go HOME.Like my family was talking about moving to North Carolina and we spent some time over there and everything was just perfect i mean nice weather just what i always wish New Orleans was like..But then i felt like i just want to be Home..I grew up here and as much as it sucks its Home..why is it like this

Perhaps you are just attached to what you have there... the house, your neighbours, the neighbourhood, the shops, what things you can buy... its some sort of security for you.  However, when you grow up you will need to leave eventually and its a bad habit to complain constantly about things, yeah so let the habit go and enjoy your life no matter where you are living.

sounds like your afraid to leave the nest we are all more comfortable being around what is familiar it's the unfamiliar that scares us all
