i am 18, about 5 foot 4... i weigh 6 stone 10 i admit, sometimes i skip meals or dont eat as much as i should but recently i have been trying to gain weight but it just isn't happening i keep loosing it! i have been eating alot more than usual but it seems the more i eat the more i lose! whats going on? any ideas? im abit concerned as it really shows, i can clearly see my ribs and hip bones and i look so small. i am in size 0 trousers... and i need a belt with them!. any ideas?
