I eat fast food alot lately. Im a highschool student but im working full time in the summer. usually by the time i get home dinner is over and theres no left overs so i buy fast food. Ive been doing this alot and ive lost 15 pounds? Why is that?

And also is it really bad, i mainly eat subway, swiss chalet and mcdonalds. But i dont over eat, i buy small meals, like only a kids burger or something.

  1. It doesn't matter what you eat necessarily. Your metabolism shot up way high so it's causing you to lose weight. You could be thin as a rail and eat only junk/fast food. The thing is, it may not be affecting you on the outside, but it's killing your organs inside and working your heart too much. You may lose weight, but it's still horrible for you in the long run. Go watch the movie Supersize Me.

  2. It sounds like you're always on the go, and being active will help you burn calories.  Another thing to consider, you're most likely not getting enough of the proper nutrients your body needs & you are burning fat to try to compensate for it.  Subway is a decent choice for fast food, but is LOADED with salt, as is most fast food, too much can really put a strain on your kidneys.

  3. Your losing weight because you're working and constantly on the go. Plus, you're not overeating.
