Why am i losing all this weight???

i lost 6 pounds this week without trying i don't know whats going on ?and my appetite is changing ..............does anyone know why I'm losing weight?

  1. There may be a variety of reasons behind unintentional weight loss. Various Cancers, Hyperthyroidism, infections, diabetes and various forms of depression may all be responsible or some combination of the above.

    Your best bet is to try to eat regularaly. Try eating more calorie dense foods that you enjoy, I would suggest peanut butter. If your appetite does not change, and weight loss continues no matter what, see a doctor soon.

  6. Either you were on vacation and/or doing a lot of shopping in big malls. Either way, you have been doing a lot of walking. Most likely, you haven't been eating TOO much either because you are having too much fun to stop to eat for too long.

  7. Most probably you've good muscle mass.

    Even if you’re resting, you body burns 8 times more calories than normal. Therefore having more muscle mass can helps you to burn more fat and calories.

    Weight training enhances muscle mass and density, and it strengthens bone mass.

    BTW, eating once a day.  Wonder whether do you have enough calories for the day?
