Why am i not able to see the orkut scraps?

Problem solved for opera PC browser

The solution is in opera browser

Press F12 > edit site preferences > Display > uncheck inline frames option and

ok

Done now reload browser and now you can see your scraps

If you are talking about okrut, that's a Google product and is not connected to Yahoo.  You could check Google's related help pages.
