Why am i not good at...?

why am i not good ay cardio like running... im 6 percent body fat i have a lean muscular body... my caves arent big tho... can anyone give me an explaination

  1. running is hi impact..  the rebuild is to difficult from running.   try starting swimming 15 lengths in a half hour and build from there.


  2. you are not good at running because you probably dont run as often as people who are good at it. you dont need big calves to be good at running. all of the marathon runners dont have very big calves go look up marathon runners on google images and see for yourself. just because your mom smokes doesnt nececearly mean you will be bad at cardio. if you want to be good at it try to run a mile every day or as much as you can and work your way up. if you run ,strech and drink pleanty of water that will make you beter at it. good luck and i hope this helps

  3. not everyone is good at running. Try bike riding or hiking. Also, if you havent been running for that long it is normal to feel like you are bad at it. Running is really hard at the begin and not many people are super when they start. Keep running for a while more and it should get easier.
