Why am i not hungry?

For the past 4 days or so i haven't been very hungry at all.

When i do get a bit hungry and have something to eat i get full really quickly.

Today for example i had have a bowl of cereal (i got full) at like 12 and then that was it till i had a small dinner at 7.30ish.

I haven't been on a diet or anything and i'm not trying to lose weight.

I'm already like 3-4lbs lighter than i was a few days ago.

Any advice? Will i just get back to normal in a few days?

I'm 5'5 and (now) 120lbs

  1. It could be that because you've eaten little for the past few days, your body has gone into "survival mode" -- your brain is sending out weaker signals for hunger.  Just force yourself to eat a little bit more every time, and you'll be okay.

You've lost weight probably because you're dehydrated.  That's a more serious problem.  It can cause dizziness, and could be what is taking away your appetite.  Make sure you DRINK WATER!
