  1. It Is Said That Everyones Body Runs With 2000-3000 Calories.

To Lose Weight You Must Decrease.

You Have Said 2000 Calories Which Wont Help.

You Should Eat 4-5 Meals Each day Of 200-250 Calories Per Addign Up To 1200-1300.

    And Run/Jog For 30-40 Minutes.

You Should Lose 2 Pounds Per Week.

  2. How do you eat 1800 Cal's a day?

On a work day I have a bowl of Cheerios, and pizza for dinner.

    With 3 sodas to drink.

That comes out to no more than 600 cals. (my days off I eat like 1800-2000)

And I am never hungry. You should increase your metabolism by eating less, and than eating a lot once a week or something.

  3. Your metabolism might be slow. Try eating less, doing WEIGHTS as well as your running.

  4. You need to Hydrate... depending on Gender and weight upt o 1.5 gallons a day.

Also when Are you taking in your Carbs.. are you aware of the amount of Protein and Carbs/fats yu are taking in ? it all comes down to macro nutrients. You can cardio until the cows come home, but if you are Protein deficient as a Veggie.. than you will basically just stay the same...

you need to give a little more info. If you want to hit me with an email, I'll do my best..

(I lost over 100lbs in the last two years)

  5. I would go to http://livestrong.com/thedailyplate and use their calculator to figure out how many calories you can eat a day and lose weight.  Also, your body becomes accustomed to your workout routine so unless you are continuously running faster or longer distances  and pushing yourself (that's where change happens) then your body is saying oh well I've learned how to do this running thing very efficiently.  I would definitely add weight training and maybe another type of aerobic activity to change it up.  Good luck.  You sound determined and active two great things that lead to weight loss.  I'm sure you will reach your goal.

  6. Well you might want to exclude sugar and excessive sodium. Do you drink or smoke or anything?

  7. Try decreasing your intake to 1500. Do you eat regularly, or just big meals with nothing inbetween? Try eating more often so that your metabolism keeps going quickly which will help you to burn fat more quickly. Also, because you seem to be doing quite alot of exercise, you may be gaining quite a lot of muscle, which weighs more than fat. So - you might not be losing actual weight, but are probably losing fat and gaining muscle.

Give it a bit of time and be patient, although I know that its hard!

Also, try and stay off the caffeine and avoid salt, which can make you retain water. Some of your weight could possibly be water weight.

You weigh different amounts during the day. Weigh yourself at the same time every day, like first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything.

  8. 3 weeks generally isn't enough time for significant weight loss. 3 months is better.

  9. If your measuring your progress by the scale, you should stop.  If you've lost inches but not pounds, your workout and diet are working.  Muscle weighs more than fat.  Now, if you have not lost either inches or pounds you may want to visit your physician to see if it could be your metabolism or something more serious such as your thyroid.

Also if you've always ran and walked everyday, you're body has adjusted to this level of activity, you may want to introduce some weights three times a week to "spicen" up your exercise routine.

    Good luck!
