Why am i on hold for 48 minutes waiting for the "representative"?

i am sick of this, that i am waiting right now, for the fido representative. they told me it would be 15mins , now its going on 48 mins now

"we apologize for the delay, please stay on the line to maintain your call priority"

im gonna be real pissed if al of a sudden they tell me to call back on monday, i will kill someone

    Actually, we've all been there, we've all had to sit on the line forever. What you could do, though, is complain directly to the company or write them up at the Better Business Bureau.
