it's not that i think they're that sore but i'm completely petrified of getting them and always make a fool of myself when i have to go to the doctors to get one, i've had creams offered to me to put on to numb your body so you won't feel it but it isn't the pain that scares me i'm not sure what it is, anyone else feel like this?

  1. Obvious you were scared as a kid and it never left you. Many folks have the same reaction. nothing to worry about .Just relax and think of something happy when they inject you with that crazy needle of thiers.Chance are you won`t get that EVIL DOCTOR DR.NEEDLES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Yea I had the same problem when I had to get my booster shot before high school and that was 4 years ago. I was pretty nervous and kind of scared but when I got it, I literaly felt nothing. Now the needles are so small you feel nothing. Just 3 weeks ago I went to get a regular physical before school starts and they said I need 2 more shots and I was a bit nervous but again no pain. So don't worry about it, look away, think of something else.

  3. Don't worry your injections are more afraid of you..then you are of them

  4. Try to relax when they put the needle into your arm, or whatever it is.  Most injections are not too uncomfortable as to cause serious pain.  Be sure not to tense your muscles, just let the person do what they have to do and it will be over before you know it.

I personally am more afraid of finger pricks then of injections!  Isn't that funny!?

  5. Many people feel like this. You are just afraid of the needle piercing that far down into your skin. Just remember that the injection is being given by trained professionals, so you have nothing to worry about.

  6. we just get scared it's just natural odf a human
