Why am i so dizzy after eating?

everytime i eat i always feel dizzy and i need a nap to relive it. this has been going on for quite a while. what could this be?

  1. could be blood sugar problems...high sugar can do that...you may want to get that checked out..


  2. My son is Diabetic and this sounds like a typical diabetic. I would go be checked out by upur family doctor as it sounds like borderline diabetic case or a real diabetic case.  

  3. You're not breathing while you're eating.  Slow down, take smaller bites, chew longer, and eat less portions.

  4. high blood pressure maybe?  You should talk to your doctor....

    High blood pressure can lead to other serious health problems.


  5. I have low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia. I don't have it severe and I don't take care of it as I should, but I also get dizzy. I think it has to do with high carbs. If I eat more protein than carbs it is not as bad. Also if I wait for long periods of time to eat the dizzier I get after eating. Hope this helps!  Also, having lots of sugar makes me dizzy!
