Question:

Why am i so fat!!!!!?

i tried everything, and I still can't loose weight! I'm 13, 5'5 and 127! you're probably gonna say: ''you're on your healthy weight'' I don't want to be in healthy weight I want to look skinny which I lack. everybody is like 5'7 110 lbs!! how the heck can I do that?

    i know a lot of people are telling you your not fat right?

    its so annoying. i always ask my friends and family to help me lose like 5 pounds by working out with me or to take a walk with me and all they do is laugh and tell me im perfect.

    I just want to feel more confident in myself and be a more stronger me.

  3. Don't drink pop or eat candy. Eat only as much as fills you up. Do lots of cleaning and organizing and walking. Do not watch TV. and most of all Don't worry about it. The more you worry about your weight the more you will have weight problems.Truse me, I have never been on a diet, and I am 5' 10" and I weigh 105. I never overeat and I don't eat fast food or junk food or pop. Eventually you won't even crave it anymore. I also am active. I know you're probably rolling your eyes, but the truth is, It is hard at first, not at all easy. But it becomes easy and a part of life that you'll love. I hope this helps:)

  5. Um, Dont eat Past nine. Uh You lose 5 pounds while your sleeping, Umm dont eat to Much junk food, Or how about dont eat any junk food. No more Pop, Lots and Lots of Cold water. I'm 13 too And I'm 5'2 and I weigh about 116 I look Kind of Big To me. But I only eat about once a day, cause I dont think I need anymore food then one big meal, Not like Big big Big. Like a normal dinner. err Hope that helped. Oh If you want to loose weight  really fast, No more Bread No more Pastas or potatoes.

    Anyways if you wanna be skin and bones eat5 small meals a day, it will be easier to burn the calories, workout 30 min a day, mostly running for calorie burn, and do a lot of cardio like running, stair climbing, jumping jacks ect.

    there is something called baby fat. a lot of girls don't lose it until later in their teen years.

    plus, when your going through puberty your weight tends to fluctuate.

    so relax, there's not a thing wrong with you.

    do 3 sets of 10 crunches and leg lifts a day.

  18. Girl! You are beautiful the way you are no matter if you weight 300lbs or 90lbs. Confidence is the most beautiful thing of all and it really shows. And more than anything, THAT is what every girl wants.

    Buttt if my words are a little too cheesy for you...

    Try to eat healthy and exercise. It could be walking, stretching. If your embarrassed to exercise, then do it privately in your room or bathroom.

    I know its hard to eat healthy but try to look at every food with numbers. Excamine everything. Look at a Twinkie and go "I can see the grease slide off this thing and the marshmellow must be a huge number" The smaller the number the better. For excample: go to Burger King and get those yummy Apple Fries instead of those nasty greasy yellow gooey poatoe fries. Try to imagne what food will do to your body.

    Also, (i know this sounds gross) but look at your..erm... waste...

    f there is little: Not Good

    If it floats: Not Good

    If it sinks: Good.

  19. try joining a sport like swimming...this is coming from a swimmer, i am not happy with my body but once swim season comes around i drop 15-20 pounds and i eat normal and i look toned, my biggest fault is not being careful after the season is over

  20. I am 13 also. I am 5'5 and weigh 105. You are not fat if you weigh only 127! That is curvy! My friend weighs about the same and is always down on herself. But she is beautiful and just not as skinny as everyone else. There is nothing wrong with having hips. And when you are around 16 you will grow into them. The only way to feel beautiful is to be confident and happy with yourself! Just eat well (do NOT starve yourself, you don't loose weight you die!) and each day do at least 60 minutes of physical activity or cardio. Hope I could help =]]

  23. so your calling me fat im 19 and i weight 149 stop worrying about how much you weight and just enjoy life, every girl i have ever met is like im too fat im too chunky why worry if the person that will like you for who you are. BTW My aunt when she was 13 she was 300lbs now she is 637lbs no offense to her but that is fat.

  26. Don't worry about it. Your weight and build will fluctuate alot between now and the next year or two. You aren't fat, but if you are that worried about it, cut down your portions by 1/4 and increase your exercise by 1/4 of an hour.

  27. Hey- I know you don't wanna hear it, but you really are in a healthy weight. Plus the girls at your school must be like really tall! 5'7" and 5'5" is crazy, but back to you. If you want to be skinny, you just want to eat healthier foods. Try something like drinking water instead of soda and eating celery instead of chips... Also if you exercise a lot daily, it'll help knock the pounds off. Try running, jogging, walking, biking, maybe playing a sport like basketball and really try hard to get a good workout. Most importantly, tho, don't give up no matter how hard it is. good luck!

  28. you dont need to loose weight, you need to be happy with who you are. why would you want to be like everyone else? you probably aren't even fat either. i have a friend who's 126 and i wouldn't consider her fat at all

I totally understand what you're saying!!!  I am going to give you some tips that I use and it really helps keep the weight off.  Everyone calls me skinny, but I eat tons of raw fruits and veggies!  For example, a piece of broccoli may contain 30 calories, but then it needs about 50 calories in order to be digested.  So it will use the calories that it has and then go to get calories from other areas in your body so that it can digest.  So you are losing more calories than you took in!  

    Just make sure you eat lots of raw produce and cut back on or have a moderate intake of fat, starch, sugar, and salt.  All of these things contribute to weight gain.  When you are hungry, have a piece of fruit instead of a cookie or chips, etc.  Fruits and vegetables digest so much faster than cooked things.  Fruits contain up to 80%-90% of water and veggies contain up to 90%-95% of water.  So they will take only 15min. to digest, while cooked food can take up to 24 hours.  So the cooked stuff will sit in your gut waiting to be fully digested and therefore has a much higher chance of weight gain.

    Exercise is also very important!  Make sure that you exercise daily and drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.  A glass of water would be 8oz.  The water will help flush out your system.

    However, it depends on what all you're willing to do in order to lose weight.  If you are willing to do anything, I'll give you a website that will be of big help to you.  It will give you many tips on what to eat and why to eat it.  Here is the website:  www.hacres.com.
