Why am i so sad and what can i do to help it?

i went on a mission trip with my church and it was a great experience and we met a bunch of different people and we had different groups and i was in a group with some people from texas and we became all good friends and i was kind of like one of the guys in our group and they were like brothers to me and then we left and i became devastated i cried on the way back to minnesota (where i live) and ever since ive been crying about how much i miss them and how im worried about them and all that other stuff and i cry about every single night can anyone explain this because my brother is leaving to college and i want to be in control of my feelings caouse my brother leaving is not going to help at all so thank you so much srry this is so long

Many people (including me) feel sad after a big event like a wedding or vacation, etc.  Think about it.  You probably spent a lot of time planning for and thinking about and anticipating this trip.  That can be exciting.  Then, the trip itself was exciting and fun.  When it's time to go back to "real life", it can feel like a bit of a let-down.  Also, your brother is leaving for college, and perhaps you feel a little blue about that, too.  I would advise talking to your mom or dad or brother or a friend.  Just getting your feelings out and validated helps sometimes.  I would also get busy doing something new, maybe volunteer work or something to occupy your time and maybe give you a new challenge.  Good luck.

its ok to be sad.  It will eventually pass.  The same will happen with your real brother.   It is ok to miss your friends and family.

omg do you realy mean that omg im soooo sad for you!! omg i might start crying myself! FALSE: i do not feel bad for you  i cannot beleive your crying about that my cousin just died in ******* iraq!!! think about that when you start bitchin about **** like that you ******* *****!
