Question:

Why am i so tired everyday?!?

i dont know why everyday i always wake up at 9... no matter wat time i fall asleep.. and i always wake up superrr stressed and tired.. im only 15 and havent done much at all this summer.. wats wrong?? wat can i take to wake up feeling normal one morning? thanks

  1. It could be a sign of clinical depression, you should go and speak with your doctor.


  2. I usually feel like this when I don't get much exercise. Try jogging or play a sport or something.

  3. You're sleeping too much.  The effects of sleeping too much are the same as the effects of sleeping too little.  You need to go exercise, that will make you sleepy at night, exercise also gives you endorphins that gives you a high.  Hope this helps!

    (Only exercise in day, not right before you go to bed, because you will still be too pumped to sleep.)

  4. A lot of 15 year olds don't eat properly.  Perhaps you need to improve your diet.  More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes for good health and energy.

    Dehydration is a common cause of fatigue.  Most people don't drink enough water.

  5. There could be several problems but do you exercise often( at least go for a walk), do you eat regularly, you may be looking at a tv or monitor screen to long which may tire your eyes. I'd google or yahoo it to see if any websites have any tips that may help you.
