Why am i so tired lately???

i have been getting up in the morning lately and haven't got the energy to do anything not even go to the gym and it's doin my head in, what can i do to give me that all important energy boost....excluding coffee!!!

  1. Groan as loud as you can when you wake up and stretch your body out while still laying in bed and then get up and start shaking your hands. and then your shoulders and your butt and then your legs until your whole body is shaking. For about 5 minutes twice a day.  


  2. Oh well. Tony Blair has Ms Caplin to energise him. Just look at him go! Gordon Brown has employed the 'services' of "thoroughly modern Millie!!" He appears "radiant" - just like Mrs Archer used to be!!! Have you considered a career in politics?  

  3. Don't want to be a killjoy or frighten you in any way but I think that you should go and speak to your doctor if the other suggestions on this page don't work. I went through the same thing and gradually got worse both physically and mentally. I ended up with depression but I let the tired feeling go on for months and months then got like this. Go to the docs to rule out anything like this x*x
