my max squat is 80kg/176 lbs im 17 male 169lbs wtf i am so weak i find a 65kg squat quite challenging i work out all the time and am really devoted and i see f**s who work out once every few week who can squat more than me. what am i doing wrong? i eat 2500-300 cals a day and do a 5x5 set/rep structure, and when i am doin a 65kg squat it feels unnatural and unsmooth. any help?
