Ok so i took clonazepam yesterday and i felt really social and better. ive had the same feeling when i was on nothing though so i was wondering what exactly is it that makes me social. diet? excercise? i felt the same way on clonazepam as i have before in some social situations. i love when i feel like that though and want to know natural ways to always have that feeling.

  1. These things all just depend on your mood, how you feel and who you are with, it happens to us all im sure..

  2. It sucks, but I totally relate.  There is a supplement called tranquility.  It is Stephan tranquility and is a WIN product.  They are really expensive if you buy it through a physician or on-line at the WIN website.  I buy mine through ebay and save a significant amount.  It is all natural and is actually in the physician's desk reference, which is rare that a natural supplement makes it in there.  It helps me.  I feel a big difference when I am not taking it.  The only thing it does not help me with is wanting to be around others.  I constantly make excuses to people when they say they want to come over...it is such a bother at times....

  3. I don't know, but I'm the same way.  It all depends on my mood.

  4. I'm like that too. I think for the most part I'm shy but sometimes I push myself to talk to people or just give a smile. I wish I didn't have to push myself; I wish that was the way I am all the time. I suppose we can just keep trying to socialize and even when you're not in the mood, don't write people off. Just tell them you're tired lol.
