Why am i still bleeding from a c-section,and it's been 7weeks?

and my doctor said i'll be fine..i just feel she didn't really feel me in on whats happen to me.ok! here's the story! i've been bleeding now for 7weeks after my c-section..for the last 2weeks its stopped but every time i have s*x,during it,it starts bleeding again then after it stops either later that day or the next day.but today it started bleeding by itself..what wrong with me.Is it normal for you to bleed for this long?..me and my boyfriend anniversary is on the 24...i wanted it to be special.but it wont be if i'm still bleeding at 8weeks.i'm so depressed about it..help me out please?

It is normal. Usually it will stop within 8 weeks, but everyone is different. I bled for 6 full weeks after all 4 of my kids.

It is also possible that you have started your period. That can start back to normal anytime after 6 weeks.  

If it doesn't stop in the next week or so, I would call the Dr. just to make sure there isn't a problem.

calm down first of all. second congrats on anniversary but you dont need to get it on . its obvious that you are not healed yet and are pushing it. I really would not do it  or be exxtra careful. I am at 10 and half weeks after mine and I am fine  to do it but still am cautious.

It's normal..

It takes little bit of time to regulate your period.

Depending on your body it can least 8 to 10 weeks. It is almost done once it starts to brown.

I also had a c-section and I bled for a while after too..it's normal. I kept wondering when I was gonna stop but you just gotta let nature run it's course.

first of all you are supposed to wait 8 weeks before you have s*x, so you are already doing something your body isn't ready for. you need to give your body time to heal and if you don't then you will keep aggravating your uterus. you need to stop having s*x until you stop bleeding.

My wife was bleeding off and on for quite some time, take it easy, give yourself some time to recover.

You may have a slight infection, so ask your doctor about this.
