Why am i still breaking out???

i like to keep myself clean. i take a shower everyday and wash my face twice a day with proactiv? why am i still getting zits all over my back? occasionally would have a big one on my forehead or something. whats going on?

i woud say hormones ... proactive didnt work for me either... i went on a hormonal treatment (birth control) and it helps out a lot, but i also used another product by loreal for adult acne, and that seemed to work as well... maybe try another product..proactive doesnt work for everybody...
