Why am i throwing up blood?

This afternoon i was sittin in the living room and i started feelin sick so i vomit and when i did it was red blood and my stomach on da left side is like hurting... I'm also 17 so yea what could it be

You could have anything from an ulcer to serious internal bleeding. Either way GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!

bleeding ulcers, acid reflux. go to a doc
