Why and What makes women look a certain age?

as in being tall can make you look older.

having a well endowed chest also has that effect.

i dont think height counts...

slimmer cheeks (thats where 'baby fat' is normally in a young girl)

well endowed chest

wider hips

smart clothing (young girls try to dress up)

yes. i think it has to do with your body. i have a baby face, and everyone is like "oh you must be 18 or 19, but i know your not that young cuz your body is developed like a grown women" whatevr that means....lol
