  1. crying is an emotion happy sad scard those u no that val and they come out of ur tear ducks

  2. It is a complex secretomotor nerve ending phenomenon which connects to the lacrimal apparatus. The lacrimal apparatus contains the lacrimal gland which secretes tears, and also contains the lacrimal canaliculi, lacrimal sac, and the nasolacrimal duct, which goes into the nose and makes the nose run while you cry.

A neural connection between the tear duct and areas of the brain involved with emotion facilitates the act of crying. The brain is an extremely complex structure, and there is ongoing research on it now. Tears produced from emotional crying (as opposed to tearing when you have dust in your eye) contain the hormones prolactin, adrenocorticotropic hormone, Leu-enkephalin, and elements potassium and manganese, which may contribute to the redness.

  3. Crying is an emotional outlet. We can cry when we are happy, upset, frusterated, angry, overwhelmed, full of joy etc.

Your eyes have tear ducts, if you look there should be a little dot in the corner of your bottom lid on your eye by your nose. One on each eye. They fill up, and when we cry we release it. Sometimes if we dont have an emotional reason for crying for a long period of time, our eyes will water just to release the tears. Your eyes also get red because your eyes are sore, crying can take alot out of you. I mean babies and kids often cry themselves to sleep.
