  1. Hi,

    I would say that: Hypnotherapy provides people with tools and techniques that help them find the resources within themselves to create positive change within their lives.

    Part of a hypnotherapist's role is to help the client identify conscious and unconscious patterns of thoughts and behaviours that are contributing to their presenting issue. Discovering why they are there and understanding the unconscious reasoning behind the beliefs that hold them there, allows the client and therapist to work together to bring about new more desirable behaviours and positive change within the client.
