Why and how is acv with "the mother" so good?

I take apple cider vinegar with "the mother" everyday, and I was just wondering why it is so good.

The mother contains the proper bacteria that caused the apple juice to turn to vinegar.  These bacteria are considered healthy for the human body.

Filtered ACV does not have any part of the mother.

You can use ACV with mother to "start" your own ACV made from your own apple juice.
