Why any delivery to malaysia is not insured ?

i do a couple of online / mailorder purchase to US and other country. some of them safely arrive to me and most of them do not. merchants told me that its a general rule that orders shipped to Malaysia are uninsurable. what is that so ?

Well if you ordered p**n/s*x stuffs, most probably they are getting kept by the customs for their own use. Cheers!

Because when the USPS delivers to there counterpart in another country, they will not insure it if they are not going to deliver it within their chain of command..
